Dr. Lesley D’Souza

Dr. Lesley D’Souza, ND began her studies at the University of Toronto, obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology with a minor in psychology. She then received her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine at The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. The program is an accredited four-year, intensive post-graduate naturopathic medical program. Additionally, Dr. Lesley completed a twelve-month internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic the largest naturopathic clinic in North America.

Going beyond the curriculum, Dr. Lesley advanced her education in Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture with an externship at The National Hospital for Traditional Medicine in Hanoi, Vietnam. She also spent 4 weeks travelling in India as a volunteer with the organization, Child Family Health International to learn and provide basic health care in local villages.

Recognizing the uniqueness of every individual, Dr. Lesley’s focus is on a personalized approach to healthcare. She prides herself in using a combination of modalities. This includes evidence based nutritional supplementation, acupuncture, clinical nutrition, botanical medicine and lifestyle counselling. Dr. Lesley has been in practice for over 14 years, helping guide her patients to achieving a balanced lifestyle and long term wellness.

Dr. Lesley has a general family practice with a special interest in women's health concerns. In addition to fertility,  she also focuses on menopause and pregnancy support as well as pediatric health.  She treats a variety of conditions from weight loss, digestive concerns to mood disorders and hormone imbalances.

In her free time, Dr. Lesley loves to travel and as a proud new mom, can be found exploring the outdoors with her family.
