Anne-Marie Rasmussen, psychotherapist at Connor Chiropractic, has a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. Additionally she has a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists (CRPO) and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).

Anne-Marie’s therapeutic approach is client centred. She pulls from various modalities along the way, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Her role is to support you in moving from a space where you feel ‘stuck’ to one where growth and positive change can occur. Her primary focus is supporting adults who have experienced trauma, are managing anxiety, depression, grief, or other life stressors. Ann-Marie's practice is influenced by the belief that creating space in our lives for movement can help facilitate overall wellness and improve quality of life.

Outside of work Anne-Marie loves to be outdoors, is an avid runner and triathlete, and enjoys exploring the world with her family.

She believes human connection and positive mental health are vital to our overall health and well-being and looks forward to working with you.

Anne-Marie is available Tuesdays and Saturdays at the Clinic.
